As an early-stage startup, we’re looking for a Founding Engineer who’s excited to help build both our product and our company from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and own ClinBI’s core platform — from backend systems to data pipelines and APIs.

• Collaborate with the founding team to define product direction, roadmap, and priorities.

• Design and implement solutions for ingesting, processing, and analyzing large-scale clinical and biomedical data.

• Establish and promote best practices in code quality, testing, security, and scalability.

• Hire and mentor future engineering team members as we scale.

• Help shape ClinBI’s technical culture and ways of working.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with exposure to data-heavy applications.

• Strong backend skills (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js) and experience designing scalable systems and APIs.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

• Passion for building products that solve meaningful real-world problems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’re comfortable working across disciplines.
