Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for production use.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI solution requirements and success metrics.

• Build data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI/ML workflows.

• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability and robustness of AI systems.

• Stay updated on the latest AI research and incorporate relevant innovations into Covecta’s solutions.

• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD a plus).

• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience with ML frameworks and libraries.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying AI models in production environments.

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
