Project Overview: We are supporting a key customer and project requiring an experienced ABB Systems Engineer for offshore deployment in Equatorial Guinea. This is a rotational role (4 weeks on, 4 weeks off) supporting critical automation and safety systems, with initial work beginning mid-August 2025. Key Responsibilities: Program and configure ABB Safeguard system (Safety PLCs) Prepare detailed work packs during the remote/onshore phase Support live system changeovers and commissioning offshore Collaborate with on-site and remote teams to ensure system integrity and safety compliance Document all changes and updates accurately in line with project and client standards Essential Experience & Skills: Demonstrable experience with ABB Safeguard programming Proficient with ABB 800xA and AC800M Strong background in offshore automation or safety-critical systems Ability to write comprehensive work packs and documentation Self-starter comfortable working independently and in high-pressure environments Valid BOSIET is preferred.
